THOMAS KLIKAUER, subsequent to MAs from USA and Germany and a PhD (Warwick University, UK) teaches at University of Western Sydney, Australia. Research into car and shipping industry (25 articles) led to two books on <EM>Communication, and Management at Work</EM> (Palgrave Macmillan, 2007) and <EM>Management Communication: Communicative Ethics and Action</EM> (Palgrave Macmillan, 2008) as well as the current interest in ethics at work and management.
