Busacca, PhD,</b> is an adjunct assistant professor of counseling and human services at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia and a college counselor and adjunct professor of psychology at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio.</p><p><b>Mark C. Rehfuss, PhD,</b>is an associate professor and director of the human services distance program in the Department of Counseling and Human Services at Old Dominion University.</p>
