<p>Clementine Rose cant believe her luck. Her new neighbours have three children for her to play with and the childrens mother has promised to give ballet lessons! Clemmie cant wait to put on a tutu and learn to dance.</p><p>When something terrible happens to the local hall, the ballet lessons are put on hold. How will the villagers find the money to repair the hall?</p>

Jacqueline Harvey spent a number of years teaching in girls' boarding schools, meeting many young students who inspired her characters, until becoming a full-time writer. She is the author of the<i>Alice-Miranda</i>and<i>Clementine Rose</i>series, and has won several awards for her work. She lives in Australia.
