<p>Emma Gannon was born in 1989, the year the World Wide Web was conceived, so shes literally grown up alongside the Internet. Thereve been late night chat room experiments, sexting from a Nokia and dubious webcam exchanges. And lets not forget catfishing, MSN, digital friendships and #feminism. She was basically social networking way before it was a thing and shes even made a successful career from it.</p><p><i>Ctrl Alt Delete</i>is Emmas painfully funny and timely memoir, in which she aims to bring a little hope to anybody who has played out a significant part of their life online. Her confessions, revelations and honesty may even make you log off social media (at least for an hour).</p>

Her blog newsletter has been named a "must-follow" by<i>Harper's Bazaar</i>,<i>The Debrief</i>and<i>Grazia</i>. .</p><p>Emma has spoken on<i>Sky News</i>, at Social Media Week London, Facebook's Marketing Conference, the Turkish Blog Awards, Cheltenham Literary Festival and is a regular guest lecturer at the Condé Nast College of Fashion and Design about the power of social media.</p><p>Most recently, Emma's podcast 'Ctrl Alt Delete' hit number 16 in the iTunes charts on its first week of release and features guests such as Elizabeth Gilbert and Zoella.</p>
