Kearney</span><span>is associate professor and interim dean of the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&amp;M University San Antonio. His research focuses upon the areas of principal influence, change orientations, school culture and climate, and the confluence of administration, ethics, and emotionally intelligent leadership.</span></span>
