The Design Museum in London covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion, and architectural design. Founded in 1989 by Sir Terrence Conran, it is now located in the former Commonwealth Institute in Kensington. In 2018 it was named European Museum of the Year. Writer and broadcaster Deyan Sudjic specializes in the fields of architecture and design. A co-founder of the magazine Blueprint and former editor of Domus, Sudjic has published widely, including several books for Phaidon. He is former director of the Design Museum.
