This book is written very informally in an almost conversational style to speak to the hearts of the readers, using simple illustrations and examples. There are many great books on leadership, and I recommend you read every one that you can. In this book you will see many qualities a leader should have, many things a leader should do, and the mindset a leader should possess. Most importantly, it reveals that employees follow a leader that earns respect; and will leave leaders that are more concerned about their bottom line than the concerns of their employees. There is a difference between managing things and leading people. Your people are your greatest resource.
