Roberto Moro-Visconti is a Professor of Corporate Finance at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and a chartered accountant. A technical expert for the Court of Milan, he provides consulting on IP and corporate finance valuation, litigation, and business assessments while also serving as a statutory auditor and non-executive director for private and public entities.
