Moving beyond fragmented definitions, it deconstructs politics into seven core dimensionspower, influence, culture, communication, conflict, networking, and strategycreating a coherent foundation for research and comparative analysis. Each chapter integrates theoretical discussion with case studies, historical examples, and structured debate prompts, making it a valuable resource for graduate-level study and scholarly inquiry. By combining conceptual clarity with empirical insights, the volume advances understanding of how political dynamics shape organisational behaviour.
