The Europeanization of public law features a multitude of different facets and components. Thorsten Siegel identifies and systematizes these elements of Europeanization, which are often very scattered, and describes these as succinctly as possible. The book is addressed in particular to advanced students. In addition, it serves as an introduction to particularly complex branches of law which play a minor role in spite of their relevance to practice for those studying law. Its ultimate aim is to show current development trends in Europeanization.
