Although, pummelo (Citrus grandis [L.] Osbeck) is widely grown in Asia that produces the largest fruit among the citrus group but information on plant characters, floral biology, pattern of fruit development, propagation, storage behaviour and processing is scattered. Therefore, attempt has been undertaken to make available these information together. This book will be helpful as a reference book to the researchers, students, extension peoples, industrialists and other relevant personnel regarding different aspects of pummelo.
