'Ethics and Morality in the Grundgesetz' Law, morality and ethics are different categories of normativity. Identifying their relation is one of the core issues of jurisprudence. Based on this assumption, Tilman Graf is attempting to define the relation of law, ethics and morality on the one hand and to identify the critical potential of that distinction for the research community on the other.

Tilman Graf studierte Politikwissenschaft, Rechtswissenschaft und Philosophie an der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität, Mainz, und Verwaltungswissenschaften an der Deutschen Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften, Speyer. Seit Sommer 2015 arbeitet er in der Ministerialverwaltung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalens.
