'Exclusions from Political Parties and Constitution' Citizens are largely dependent on the political parties if they want to fulfill their duty and, in recognition what is the common good, to participate in the political decision-making process of their state. The parties belong to the state and are committed to fundamental rights. Exclusions from parties are a means of power of the party oligarchies, the prerequisites of which do not meet the requirements of the rule of law and are difficult to reconcile with the constitutional political freedoms.
