Zusatztext
'Criminal Law Conversations in Honor of Prof. Silva Sánchez': In honor of Prof. Silva Sánchez, this book offers contributions to criminal law theory and highlights the various dimensions of criminal law from an interdisciplinary point of view. This anthology emphasizes the dynamics of criminal law theory in relation to the tension between philosophy and real-world challenges. Ultimately, the book aims to create a criminal law that treats human beings as a triad of body, mind, and social context, rather than reducing them to a one-dimensional model.
