Dr. Ullrich Beumer, Diplom-Pädagoge, ist Coach, Supervisor (DGSv), Trainer und Management-Berater. Er coacht unterschiedlichste Organisationen im Profit- und Non-Profit-Bereich und begleitet sie in Veränderungsprozessen. Er ist Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer der inscape gGmbH, Fortbildungs- und Beratungsinstitut für Organisationsberatung, Coaching und Training mit Sitz in Köln. Er ist Gastwissenschaftler am Sigmund-Freud-Institut in Frankfurt a. M., Mitglied der ISPSO (International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations) und der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Supervision und Coaching (DGSv).
