The main burden of disease among infectious disease is Tuberculosis whereas Diabetes followed by Hypertension is the chief Non communicable diseases.Road traffic accident is the major cause of injury & disability.Data suggests that despite of presence of govt facilities they are mostly visiting private health care provider for seeking health care.
