Zusatztext
A new development paradigm is emerging that links the economy and culture, embracing economic, cultural, technological and social aspects of development at both the macro and micro levels. Central to the new paradigm is the fact that creativity, knowledge and access to information are increasingly recognized as powerful engines driving economic growth and promoting development in a globalizing world. In many definitions as we saw Creative Economy considered as cultural and art products that directly involve in human beings history and culture. On the other hand, in many South Asian countries for example Korea and Japan, fisheries and fishing has long history and it became part of their culture. This book by considering fisheries as part of the Korean culture; tries to explain how Korean government used the concept of "Creative Economy" in order to culture shift fisheries sector towards a more sustainable and efficient sector.
