The Danube Delta has reached a more advanced level of the tourist activity over a long period of time, even troubled by failures, thanks to many attempts at different levels, individual or collective, with public or private responsibility, focused on the tourist activity and tourists. The criterion of durable development of the natural resource has permanently been followed having as permanent tactical objectives connected with the preservation and efficient use of the renewable resources (water, vegetation and fauna).
