Design of Low Voltage Analog Signal Processing Blocks

In this book recently available techniques for low voltage design are explored and their use in the design of Current Mirrors and Opamps are discussed in details. Extensive Spice and Chip level simulations are performed to justify the use of proposed circuits. Design of the circuits is done using latest BSIM 130nm Spice Model library with a supply voltage of 1V. The tool used for this purpose is Cadence Virtuoso Spectre.

Mr. Ahlad Kumar earned his B. Tech degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India, and M. Tech from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India in 2005 and 2007. He received gold medal for his performance during M. Tech program. Currently he is working towards his PhD at University of Malaya, Malaysia.
