Since discovery of X-rays in 1895, radiography as well as dental radiography has made significant advancement. In past decades, through continuous and ongoing research we were able to increase quality of X-ray production, understanding and reducing hazards associated with ionizing radiation and, more importantly, the constant evolution of radiographic image receptors. Dental radiology has a vital role to play in the diagnosis of various oral and facial abnormalities, so it is very important for the practitioner to have a basic concept of radiology in order to diagnose and treat his patients. The book is an illustrated version of intraoral radiography in a very simple language so that the readers understand the basic concept and enjoy reading.
