(Micro Tech), D.G.S., M.B.A., M.A., LL.M., Ph.D. (Law)is presently Professor in the School of Biological Sciences of Dr. Hari Singh Gour Central University, Sagar (M. P.) India. He was Professor and Head , Department of Biotechnology, Life Sciences and Biophysics at University of Mumbai, India.
