This monograph is based on the taxonomy of Faviidae corals and provides qualitative data and sophisticated information on the Faviidae corals.This research could be used as a reference and a baseline study for further studies and research on corals in future particularly in this region. The book is useful for students,researchers and zoology teachers.

Dr.Abid Raza is working as Asstt.Prof.(I PFPHEC,Pakistan)in the Department of Environmental Science, FUUAST, Karachi, Pakistan. He is the first Ph.D on the Corals in Pakistan.He has also published a few research papers and a book namely "A TAXONOMIC STUDY OF THE FAMILY FUNGIIDAE" from LAMBERT Academic Publication, GERMANY.
