The editor is Senior Lecturer of Planning and Economics of Education at Masinde Muliro University and currently based at the Research Academy, Center for Area Studies at the University of Leipzig in the Federal Republic of Germany. He has authored over 40 scholarly works including university level books, book chapters and journal articles.
