The Study entitled Comparative Study of Personality Traits of Individual and Team Games Coaches will throw light on whether there is personality difference among coaches of different games and sports. Further findings of the study will be significant from point of view that whether coaches function as an effective leader. Specific personality characteristics for different games and sports are required in players as well as in coaches. The present study will be of immense importance in the arena of sports psychology and physical education research etc. Further, the study may reveal the different characteristics of coaches of different games and in turn may educate the coaches about personality traits which are very vital phenomena in coaching. The study may enlighten the athletes about the various personality traits of different coaches that may prove helpful in creating better understanding between coaches and athletes. The study may further reveal the weakness and strength of coaches and may help the coaches to improving upon the required traits.
