Workplace Spirituality in its elementary constituent is spiritual consciousness, inter-linkage with one another and a superior existence, a sense of contentment, and value as well as implication to ones profession. The multidimensional concept of work spirituality has a vast array of widespread span across organizational processes and systems.This research is intended to determine the impact of work spirituality towards employees organizational commitment and job satisfaction amongst college teachers.
