There is a feeling of nervousness dread and anxiety while second or foreign language learners try to learn to communicate a language that is alien to them. A mixture of these feelings can have a negative impact on the learner and it could effect on communication while using the target language. There is a great demand to learn good communication skills with the wide-spread use of English Language and with the use of new teaching methods in the language classrooms. In spite of all these, the negative feelings can be a hindrance to the learning from achieving what they want. The language teacher who is helping the students learn the language is expected to be very cautious with the anxiety feelings of the learners when they are helped to achieve their goal. This study is an attempt to examine the elements that could probably cause language anxiety. There are many ways and methods that can be used both within the classroom environment and out of classroom in the social life in order to deal with such anxiety issues. The researchers of the past mentioned it to be difficult and they said it is a psychological thing.
