Critical success factors (CSFs) for IT Governance (ITG)

It's the first book to publish that concerns about IT Governance in Saudi Arabia in general and CSFs in particular. Besides, there are some important factors that encourage the success of the implementation of ITG and give good indications of that success. Some of these ITG standards and frameworks have mentioned such factors implicitly under different terms and meanings such as enablers or challenges in the literature. However, they are not providing a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of overall ITG implementation. COBIT 5 introduced CSFs for the ITG processes but they cannot be used as CSFs for the entire ITG implementation or can help in assessing the success status of ITG. Therefore, it can be said that this study is one of the preliminary studies in this field, and it will enrich the studies targeting CSFs of ITG implementation in developing countries in general and in Saudi Arabia in particular.
