This study according to Intersemiotic translation examined the musical piece which was composed by well-known Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev in adaptation of a children story which was written by the composer. The interpretation of verbal signs by means of non-verbal signs system.This study scrutinizes how an art media such as music can convey or indeed translate content of source text according to semiology and terminology in music theory, harmony, form, scale conversion, aesthetic ,melody, musical instrument and the other music concepts in form of semiotic analysis according to Greimas semiotic square and Greimas Actant model
