<p><strong style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);">Dr. Michael Krebs </strong><span style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);">is a lecturer at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization at the FHNW School of Business and an extended faculty member of the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.</span><strong style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);"> </strong><span style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);">He teaches Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Change Management, and HRM in both undergraduate and continuing education programs. Previously, he held various leadership roles in different companies for over 20 years.</span></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);">Prof. Christine Kuhn </strong><span style="color: rgb(73, 73, 73);">is a professor at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization at the FHNW School of Business. She teaches Human Resource Management in various undergraduate and continuing education programs. Before that, she worked for over 20 years in various leadership and HR consulting roles. She is also the founder and CEO of BEYOND Coaching GmbH and serves as a board member.</span></p>
