Light is both a wave and a particle, it is in motion.
 We need light to live. It is important for plant growth and for oxygen. The meditation "The golden light - a flow meditation - smile and breathe" aims to promote "being in the flow". In your imagination, the golden light can touch you and flow through you. New things are allowed to emerge. The old may be diluted.
 The golden light can trigger soothing, positive feelings and it gives you a smile as you breathe.
