The guide introduces a digital learning concept for high-voltage technology with the purpose to prepare young professionals and trainees in the automotive industry for the challenges of electro mobility.The learning concept comprises eight modules with tailor-made learning packages and media developed by the Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (Forschungsinstitut betriebliche Bildung) and the training centre of the AUDI AG. The modules can be found under www.hybrid-lernen.f-bb.de and accessed via mobile devices (optimised for tablets). Therefore, the concept can be used independent of location, for example at work. More than 100 automotive mechatronics trainees and three vocational schools have already tested it in practice.
