Mauz' clarinet method (German and Böhm systems) is aimed at beginners and suitable for private and group lessons. It is published in three volumes plus a separate tune book each. The method's easy comprehensibility, suitable selection of numerous songs as well as four-colour illustrations will appeal especially to clarinet pupils aged 8+. Since such a method does not exist in the German-language area yet, it fills that gap in the market and is a real addition to the Schneider clarinet method (ED 4466 and ED 8638/39) which is aimed at older pupils and adults.Vol. 1: Detailed treatment of the low register.
