The Indian Business Scenario has vastly changed due to Governmant policy of Liberalization and Globalization.There have been vast changes in Management of corporate business companies.The demand for professionally qualified executives have also increased. The Universities and Management Education institutes have introdued various courses in management education to suit the needs of the business world.The post-graduates level management courses in Indian Universities and management Institutes have established their work in quality of education and as a result of this,there has been a rise for providing the young executives in all sphere of business,trade and commerce. The aim of this work is to explore Human Resource Management Practices in APSRTC: Recruitment&Selection, Training, Wage and Salary Procedures, Welfare Measures and Employee Relations based on the employer and employee perceptions.Finally gives an account of Summary, Suggestions and scope for research.

Srinivasa Rao is working as faculty in A.G.L college and obtained his Ph.D Degree in 2013 from Andhra University,India in the faculty of HRM.He has published number of articles in reputed journals.Besides teaching experience Dr.Rao posses practical experience also and he worked as HR Professional in reputed companies.
