Study of Mucolytic drugs as Ambroxol, Binary and mixed ligand transition complexes of ambroxol, phenanthroline and TMEDA were prepared. Spectroscopic and physicochemical tools are used for characterization such as Infrared Magnetism, Solid reflectance, Elemental analysis, Mass spectrometry, Uv visible spectra, Proton nuclear magnetic resonance, Conductivity measurement, TGA analysis, DTG Analysis, Melting points. Biological applications against gram negative bacteria, Gram positive bacteria and Fungi were evaluated.
