The book studies family business dynamics to see the impacts of it in the development of the growth of nations. According to the research that was carried out the author found out that family business contributes to the development of the individuals and family in very long time and it shares of the GDP cannot be over-emphases. There is therefore need to study family business and its mitigation because otherwise it brings conflict of interest between the large shareholders and minority shareholder, between the principal and agent, between the family members, between small, medium and large cooperation.
