The Sino-US diplomatic relation establishment in 1979 has laid a foundation for a normalized trade relation between China and the U.S, which has acted as a stabilizer and catalyst of the Sino-US relation. The enormous market potential and market demand between the two countries facilitate a rapid and sound development of the trade relation. With the deepening implementation of opening up and reform policy of china, the continuously growing scale of the bilateral trade has led to increasing trade frictions, rising amount involving cases and variable forms, which has formed the most complex and significant bilateral trading relation in the world.
