The author was born on 25th March, 1966 in Kamba Kebbi State, north-western Nigeria. Had B.Sc. in General Agriculture, M.Sc and Ph.D in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development. The author specializes in agricultural extension services, rural development strategies and data analysis.
