This book is purely on organizational behavior and it deals with factors affecting employees organizational commitment. Understanding the effects of the factors by the educational institutions, hotels, industries and other organizational administrators/managers help to curb unwanted organizational behaviors such as truancy, absenteeism theft and turnover. Subsequently, the ability of the administrators and managers to manage the employees through considering the factors will lead to achievement of the desired goal of the organizations. The organizational factors discussed in this book include job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, work/family conflict, family/work conflict, procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice.

The author was born on 25th March, 1966 in Kamba Kebbi State, north-western Nigeria. Had B.Sc. in General Agriculture, M.Sc and Ph.D in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development. The author specializes in agricultural extension services, rural development strategies and data analysis.
