This book summarizes the state of the art on the blended-learning in the context of Higher Education. It is the consequence of a process of continuous research and practical work in Higher Education that becomes more complex, global and dynamic. It illustrates a process of confluences of thoughts and experiences, in a multilinear environment in the field of educational management, paradigms of Higher Education, curricular transformation and pedagogical innovation. The multiple processes that flow into channels of knowledge have their basis in literature reviews, combined with the gathering of data in the field of dialogue with the actors who conduct, navigate and face agitated seas caused by the constant changes of winds and directions. These managers of Higher Education institutions seek a light that guides them in the right direction, without certainty of its existence. Dialogical relations also occur with teachers and students of Higher Education, with whom they are comfortably installed in the system without questioning the current state of education, and with those who are submerged in information and technology, remain immersed in questions.
