In this study, the researcher found the major determinants affecting the monitory performance of the banking sector of Pakistan. Determinants or the factors include Leverage, Liquidity, and Intellectual Capital. Capital Adequacy and Credit risk which mainly affects the financial performance of the banking sector of Pakistan. Banking sector includes many private banks some special banks public sector banks, industrial development banks and many foreign banks working in Pakistan. This book adheres the six private banks study which is the oldest and has largest branches in Pakistan and overall in the world. Researcher select the sample size by random sampling and in the private banks' list examiner selected every second bank in the list and apply fixed effect model, random model and Hausman fixed random model to justify the study with previous studies, Hausman model explains that fixed effect model is better than random.
