Zusatztext
In our environment, anesthesiologists are not yet aware of the role they play outside and inside the operating room and specifically in the management of postoperative acute pain, a function that is frequently delegated to the surgeon, dedicated only to providing the patient with an anesthetic that is pleasant for him and for the surgeon, safe, economical and expeditious. This book describes the clinical and hemodynamic results obtained with the use of high thoracic peridural as analgesic technique during the postoperative period in patients who needed chest surgery. In addition, the research contributes to establish and update the protocols of action against acute postoperative pain in thoracic surgery.
