From the methodological point of view, this work comes down to the major works, as to the city of reason, in Republic of Plato and Aristotle's Politics, reflecting the political conception of institutions, state and political order, and their relationship with the culture. In this context, besides the scope of the field of study, it is further defined the foundation on which the research is conducted, especially in schools, trends, diversity and interpretations of modern political philosophy.

Lavdosh Ahmetaj holds a phd in History and another one in Philosophy from the University of Tirana, Albania. He has dedicated many years to the research work in the area of Political Philosophy and Modern Political Philosophy. Mr Ahmetaj is a full Associated Professor and Vice Rector of "Alexander Moisiu" University, Albania.
