Bill of Lading is the tool of legal transactions between the involving parties chartering their contract since 18th century. Nowadays, it is noticeable that we have to be aware by means of understanding the legal contract. Knowing that, generally this book is written to provide a brief overview of shipping documentations carried out in Indonesia. As the practitioner and the academician, it is important to broaden our capability in particular export and import transactions terms and conditions set out under the bill of lading contracts and its valid corollary agreements.
