This project provides an analysis and evaluation of the developed system as to its efficiency and effectivity in its integration in the accreditation processes. Methods of analysis and development include the technical and organisational feasibility and rapid application development particularly the iterative model of the software development life cycle. Results show that all system specifications have satisfactorily met. Operational requirements, as well as performance and security requirements, have also been considered and met. This project provides easy access and retrieval of all documents whenever and wherever.
