The immemorial medical professional has been held in high esteem on account of the holistic and curative service provided by them. So, they get the respect next to God. But nowadays some medical professionals are busy to earn money and the medical profession is converted into one type of industry. Unfortunately the doctors are not giving necessary time to their patients. Thats why in todays period cases of medical negligence are increasing day by day. Medical negligence badly affect on life of patient and his family members, medical negligence happen because of carelessness of doctors during the treatment. So the patient need protection from medical negligence, patient need to have protection of law to get some compensation from the medical professional for his carelessness. For this reason there is a need of particular law which will provide justice to the patient. This book explores about C.P.A. & negligence in medical practice.
