The findings of the present study are very important in the field of education. The present study shows that there is significance difference in teacher effectiveness of government and private senior secondary school teachers with regard to high and low scores in different teaching styles. This research is important because knowledge of different teaching styles could help teachers better understanding the teaching process and identifying parts of their teaching styles that are either effective or problematic, thus, enhancing teacher effectiveness.
