Through this study researcher established indigenous practices among Santhal has many utilizations for sustainable development and researcher also document many indigenous practices which missing from the Santhal community and researcher also explored the indigenous pedagogical value reflected with the Santhal practice. Actually researcher wants to incorporated indigenous pedagogical aspects of Santhal community in the formal Curriculum developmental process. Therefore, this small work not only focused on indigenous knowledge but also explored the pedagogical implication of indigenous knowledge within the formal curriculum development, and lastly this work helps us to document these indigenous practices which are missing for our society.
