Rita Yi Man Lis research area mainly includes applied AI in built environments. She has obtained some research grants related to applied artificial intelligence for construction safety and one grant on AI and ubiquitous cities. Dr K. W. Chau is currently Chair Professor of Real Estate and Construction and Director of the Ronald Coase Centre for Property Rights Research at The University of Hong Kong. He is currently serving on the editorial boards of more than 10 peer-reviewed journals. Professor Daniel Chi Wing Ho has co-authored two books and has contributed to chapters of several other books. He is P.I. of a number of research projects with grants from the RGC and external bodies.
