As the world struggles to realise the sustainable development goals (SDGs), mobilizing appropriate resources towards the vulnerable is crucial. Institutionalising collaborative and cooperative frameworks of financial sustainability becomes pivotal. The book makes a case for Brussels to collaborate with the global South towards facilitating innovative solutions for the global good. Trilateral development cooperation between India and EU, under the India-EU Connectivity Strategy is important. Dr. Swati Prabhu is Associate Fellow, Observer Research Foundation (ORF), India. Swati completed her PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on the European Union's development policy and environment focusing on the challenges of the SDGs. She was selected as an Erasmus+ Mobility Fellow in 2018. Swati has authored several briefs on furthering India-EU relations for the EU-India Think Tanks Twinning Initiative (EUITTI).
