<p>Guanglei Zhao received the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, in 2015. He was a Research Fellow with the University of Melbourne, Australia, from 2012 to 2013. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China. He has chaired 10 projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Distinguished Young Scholars Science Foundation of Hebei Province, and so on. He has authored or coauthored more than 50 journal papers. His research interests include cooperative control of multiagent systems, control systems design over network, and hybrid dynamical systems. </p>
