They pass by you.. They share the bus seat with you on your morning commute every day.. At the corner of the road you might bump into one of them.. And in the mirrors you might bump into them.. You don't know if you are one of them or they are one of you.. If you searched within yourself you would find them, and if you searched within their souls you would find yourself.. In the end one of you stands at the psychiatrist's door, and the other runs away from him.. They say crazy.. possessed.. insane.. or mentally ill.. They live among us.. Stories that fled to this book to tell tales about patients with mental and psychological illnesses.. Stories some of which are funny and some of which are miserable.. But each one has details waiting for someone to tell them.. Maybe we will see them.. Or realize that we are the ones living among them.
